Positions are available for enthusiastic post-doctoral research scientists in the Laboratory for Cell Lineage Modulation. Our research projects are to (1) elucidate the molecular mechanism of reversion of oligodendrocyte precursor cells to neural stem-like cells ( Kondo and Raff, (2000) Science 289, 1754-1757 ; Kondo and Raff, (2004) Genes Dev. 18, 2963-2972 ) and (2) characterize neural stem-like cells in gliomas ( Kondo et al., (2004) PNAS 101, 781-786; Setoguchi et al., (2004) Cell Cycle 3, 414-415 ) .

A strong background in molecular biology, developmental biology, and/or neuroscience is required.
