Long Cai

Long Cai is assistant professor in the Division of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at the California Institute of Technology. His work focuses on engineered mutagenesis and single-cell transcription profiling. After completing his graduate studies at Harvard University, he served as a postdoctoral fellow at CalTech before assuming his current faculty position there in 2010. His work has been recognized by numerous awards, including an NIH New Innovator grant (2011-2016), distinguished investigator award at Allen Brain Institute (2014-2017) and the McKnight Technology Innovation Award (2015-2016). |
