The Symposium will convene in the CDB Auditorium, located on the 1st floor
of Building C, CDB. Please refer to the "ACCESS" of this homepage for a guide to the locations.

A number of Internet-access modular jacks, cables and PCs are available for use by Symposium participants in the Cafeteria opposite the Auditorium.Wireless internet connections are also available. |

Preview
room |
Space is available for speakers to preview and rehearse their presentation in the anteroom adjacent to the Auditorium. |

| Lockers |
Lockers are available at the venue. |

Lunch
|

Lunch box will be provided each day from the 4th to the 6th.

Reception

A dinner party will be held after the program on Monday, March 4 in the
CDB Salon.
* Reception fee is 3,000 JPY. The reception fee will be collected on the
event day. Please make sure to prepare cash in Japanese yen.
