30-minute presentations                Talk 20 minutes + Q&A 10 minutes

Speakers are requested to bring their own personal computers when making their presentations. Please note that “Presenter View” function cannot be used giving presentations as computers will be connected at the operator’s desk and not directly at the podium.

In addition, please make sure to bring the following:

• An AC adaptor for your computer.
• Appropriate converter to connect your computer to a D-sub connector.
• Back up data of your presentation in the form of USB flash drive in case of any problems.

To avoid technical difficulties, we would like to preview your presentation before the actual presentation. Speakers are requested to check their computer connections in the anteroom adjacent to the Auditorium or in the computer booth, located in the Auditorium during break time before your presentation is scheduled. Preview for the speakers in the first morning session will be accepted 30 minutes before the session begins.
