Alexander Aulehla is a group leader in the Developmental Biology Unit at the EMBL Heidelberg since 2009. He did his postdoctoral research with Olivier Pourquie at the Stowers Institute, Kansas City, USA. He completed his PhD in 2008 at Paris VI University and his medical studies in 2002 at the Albert-Ludwigs-University, Freiburg, Germany. In addition, Alexander previously worked with Bernhard Herrmann at the Max-Planck Institute, Freiburg, Germany and with Randy L. Johnson at the MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, USA.
