Oral Presenters
- Computers
Speakers are requested to bring their own personal computers when making their presentations. Please note that "Presenter View" function cannot be used.
In addition, please make sure to bring the following:
- An AC adaptor for your computer.
- Appropriate converter to connect your computer to a D-sub connector.
- Back up data of your presentation in the form of USB flash drive in case of any problems.
- Preview
To avoid technical difficulties, we would like to preview your presentation before the actual presentation. Speakers are requested to check their computer connections in the computer booth, located in the Auditorium during break time before your presentation is scheduled. Preview for the speakers in the morning session will be accepted 30 minutes before the session begins.
