The meeting will convene in the CDB Auditorium, located on the 1st floor
of Building C.

 A number of Internet-access modular jacks, cables and PCs are available
for use by participants in the Salon opposite the Auditorium. Wireless
internet connections are also available.
Lockers are available at the venue.

Banquet |
|
A dinner banquet will be held after the program on June 30 (Thu) in the
CDB Salon. Please inform us at the time of registration if you wish to
join. Banquet fee (3,000 JPY) will be collected at the time of registration. Please be sure to prepare CASH in Japanese yen.

Lunch |
|
There is only a small cafeteria available near the venue. Please inform
us at the time of registration if you would like us to arrange a lunch
box for June 30 (Thu) and July 1 (Fri), 2011. Lunch box fee (1,000 JPY per meal) will be collected at the time of registration. Please make sure to prepare CASH in Japanese Yen.
